Dispatch & delivery times

Once your order is placed, your watch passes a final authentication and quality check before it leaves our vault. UK orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered the next working day by a secure, signature-required courier. If your bracelet needs sizing, we complete this before dispatch and return any removed links with the watch. Your specialist keeps you informed at every step, with full tracking from door to door.

How your watch travels

Every watch is shipped free of charge and fully insured for its complete value, from the moment it leaves us until it is signed for by you. We use specialist high-value couriers and dispatch in discreet, unbranded, tamper-evident packaging — nothing on the outside indicates what is inside. A signature is required on delivery, and we can arrange a delivery date and time window to suit you.

International delivery & duties

We ship worldwide via fully-insured specialist couriers. UK orders are inclusive of VAT, with nothing further to pay. For orders outside the UK, import duties and local taxes may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient — our concierge team will explain exactly what to expect for your destination before you commit to a purchase, so there are no surprises.

Collection by appointment

If you would prefer to collect in person — and take the handover from a specialist — you are welcome to do so by appointment at our showroom, Crown House, 94 Armley Road, Leeds LS12 2EJ. It is also the perfect opportunity to view other watches in the vault. Arrange a collection or private viewing.

Returns

We want you to be completely certain. If a watch is not right for you, return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The watch must be unworn and returned in its original condition with all supplied documentation, links and packaging. To begin a return, simply contact our concierge team and we will arrange fully-insured collection at no cost to you. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days of the returned watch passing inspection.

Warranty & aftercare

Every watch is covered by our 24-month warranty on the movement and timekeeping, activated on delivery, and is serviced and pressure-tested before sale. Your specialist remains available long after your watch arrives — for servicing advice, valuations, part-exchange and your next acquisition.
